Hi gang A couple of weeks ago Pentax gave me a brand new DA* 16-50 to replace mine that was stuck in repair. Last week, their service returned my old one to me, SDM motor replaced and lens adjusted, for whatever the latter means/is worth. Now I'd of course like to keep the better copy (unfortunately my honesty compells me to return one to Pentax) and need to find out which one that is.
Can anyone please advise here? By gut feeling the old one may be better; I've always found the new one to be soft and CA prone but I want to have the facts.
