Sorry to hear that, Derby. That's my favourite kind of place.
I was amused by this comment from one performer, "It's so intimate, you
almost feel like you could order a drink from the stage."
She doesn't *know* from intimate; many of the venues I frequent, the
players do just that--order from the stage[*].
