Hello Frantisek: I find the split image screens useful, in fact I have two for the MX, but, although I thought that the viewfinder magnification of the MZ-S was small, now that I've had one for two months, I don't tihink it is a problem. The MX has got 0,97 magnification, an I have always liked its viewfinder, but it is easier to focus manually with the MZ-S. I also switched to contact lenses as you are pondering now, and for the same reason, but it is a good thing to see all the viewfinder info even when I use glasses, and this is not possible with the MX. It would be great to have a 0,95 or 0,97x viewfinder in the MZ-S, and also a 100% focusing screen, but then it would be as big as an F-5, and much more expensive than it is now.
