Funny you should ask that. I spent quite a while playing with the sharpening on the downsized version and had a hard time getting what I wanted. What do you find wrong with it? As far as I know, Picasa doesn't sharpen images when you upload them at the intended viewing size. If anybody can confirm/deny this, that would be nice.
