Funny you should ask that. I spent quite a while playing with the
sharpening on the downsized version and had a hard time getting what I
wanted. What do you find wrong with it?
As far as I know, Picasa doesn't sharpen images when you upload them
at the intended viewing size. If anybody can confirm/deny this, that
would be nice.
I think it's just the surface texture, it's quite contrasty with lots
of fine detail. The image doesn't look oversharpened to me (I admit,
I zoomed in close).
