He's a local "regular". I've often thrown him a looney (a Canadian dollar coin), and now he says "hi" to me as I walk by. Last week I asked him if I could take his photo:

Taken with my Leica CL with Summicron C 40mm f2.0, I discovered that it's surprisingly affordable to have the negs developed then scanned to a CD at my local shop (Camera West, for those who may care). Other than resizing for the web, I did ~nothing~ to this whatsoever. This is right out of the camera. I may have to fall in love with film again. Hope you enjoy.
