Nice rendering of an interesting shot.

Appears to have wonderful clean detail. Can't imagine what the full size (?) scan could produce. What size files did Camera West's scanner produce?

He's a local "regular". I've
often thrown him a looney (a Canadian
dollar coin), and now he says "hi" to me as I walk
by. Last week I
asked him if I could take his photo:

What I'm really happy about is that this is scanned from
TriX. Taken
with my Leica CL with Summicron C 40mm f2.0, I discovered
that it's
surprisingly affordable to have the negs developed then
scanned to a
CD at my local shop (Camera West, for those who may care).

Other than resizing for the web, I did ~nothing~ to this
whatsoever.
This is right out of the camera.

I may have to fall in love with film again.

Hope you enjoy. Comments welcome.

cheers,
frank
