ah here we are...
Igor, I took this one into photoshop and cranked up saturation and lowered brightness... I would call it an improvement, but, alas - in doing that I unveiled some sensor gunk....

(could be on the lens I Guess, but sure looks like the sensor problem I had back a few months ago.)

The intensity of lighting, of course, is subject to the variences in our respective monitors...

You can see it in your original, but it became more obvious when I darkened the sky.. look at the windmill that is almost center, right above it... soft dark circle... more at the top, too.

I found a few shots I took in 2008 in Central California
(just north of Los Angeles).

To me they appear incomplete. For one, I wish I had a polarizer for the sky.
I tried to tweak them a bit today, but I couldn't come up with what can
be done to make them "playing".
