Hi Anand: If you use either Outlook or Outlook Express, you can create folders within the programs for any groups you like. Every now and then, archive the folders to CD or disk and delete the older ones to save space. Periodically, Outlook at least will ask whether it can do the same job anyway, creating a *.pst file containing the archived messages. I do this myself, and any keepers I just move to the appropriate folder - a two-click operation usually.
