I agree that Starbucks' coffee is a bit better these days than it used
to be.  I'll go to Starbucks if there's nothing else around.  In fact,
I'll drink just about any coffee when I'm desperate.  That being said
I always prefer spending my money at locally owned independent coffee
houses, preferably those that deal in fair trade organic coffee.

I like organic coffee because it tastes better - no chemicals or
pesticides does make a noticeable difference.

I like fair trade coffee because I'm a pinko.
