I'm just guessing, Leonard, that it's a mechanically a "K-mount"
lens, but that it's not electrically a "Ka-mount" lens.  Very
possibly (remember, though, that I'm just guessing) Ricoh, Cosina,
Vivitar, etc., used the basic K-mount design, but then went off in
different directions when designing for "program" modes.  An example
of divergent evolution, maybe...
