Ricoh had their "P" to equal the Pentax "A". However, the "P" was activated
by a small pin that falls about where the Pentax AF connector falls. So,
unless the lens is a third party that has Pentax contacts and the Ricoh
pin, it won't work on Pentax bodies in any modes requireing the "A" setting.
And be very careful using this on ANY Pentax AF body as the pin can get
stuck in the AF connection and be difficult (or impossible) to remove. Bad a
very bad experience with this.
