I think the posed ones are a bit forced, though the model is adorable... but the snowman shot is a sweet one and "real" I'm not bothered , as Dave is, by the background... it's a snapshot - taking too much of the surrounding environment out deletes some of the story, I think...

Dave - re mixer -- what, you don't have enough elbow grease to help her whip up the cake? ;-)

Normally I despise photos of people eating but that first one is a real gem.  I 
really like the third as well but I think I'd crop out nearly everything from 
behind her.

On the subject of baking, I'm getting impatient waiting for our new mixer to 
arrive.  Because when it does, the Mrs will make cake :)
