My opinion, not that it counts, is if you have a photo that was
rejected by the PPG, then you should submit it.  If you don't have a
PPG reject, but have a photo that was rejected elsewhere (another on
line gallery, an exhibit, magazine submission, etc.) that would OK,
too.  Photos of Cotty are also acceptable.
