The degree of pedeophile paranoia is such that there have been a few successful prosecutions of parents for having completely innocuous naked or semi-naked pictures of their infant children. So anyone taking pictures of children is automatically suspect. Throw in an advertising-driven commercial culture -- advertising is all about identifying/exacerbating/creating insecurity so you'll be looking for the solution they want to sell you -- and the general cultural level of insecurity trends worse. -- Graydon -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
