Fred, I have not done comparisons. I have a PENTAX 28-80mm f/3.5-5.6 SMCP-FA Auto Focus lens which I am wishing to sell.
It was purchased as part of a ZX-10 kit about two years ago. The lens has only been used on the camera for 2-3 rolls of film. Was replaced with a longer Tamron since my wife likes to take bird shots. It is like new in the original box, though I seem to have lost the papers that came with it. B&H sells the silver version for $89.95. I'm willing to sell this for $45.00 + shipping. This one is the black version. Please reply off-list if interested. Thanks.
