I purchased my Fuji F20 from them a few years ago. I've never once gotten an unsolicited email from them. Is it my spam filters, or am I just lucky? Don't know.... When I needed warranty work on the camera and couldn't find the receipt, I emailed them asking for help - and they sent me a PDF of my original sales receipt.
