Update: I just tried the "Green" mode, - and the review came on within less than a second. In "P" mode, - even if I choose Jpeg (with the same *** quality as in "Green" mode, - the delay is the same as for RAW - 4-5 seconds at the moment.
So, it must something about the settings... ... And the prize for the correct answer goes to Dario! It turned out I left "lens distortion" correction on.
