Sometimes I add a second 2-mile walk after dinner. I walk if there's any snow or ice. I go down too easy if I jog. My limit is about 10 degrees F. If it's colder than that, I do laps in my basement. It's about forty feet deep and 20 feet wide, so it's manageable. It was 16 F today, but with 20 mph gusting winds, so I stayed inside.
