Actually this thread has reminded me that I once filmed inside a series of deep freezes - a collection of rooms within rooms, varying in temperature in the first room at -5c, through to -15c in the second room, and finally through to -25c.
Even with winter jackets on, we could only be in the final room for about 5 minutes - the camera was not set up for such conditions and plastic cabling will do funny things in such cold. Even in 5 minutes the zoom remote on the pan bar was frozen solid and it became painful to actually breathe so the [food company manager] brought us out. It was very quickly gave me a lot of respect for people that live in cold conditions. -- Cheers, Cotty ___/\__ || (O) | People, Places, Pastiche ---------- http://www.cottysnaps.com _____________________________ -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
