...or an argument for. To my mind, anyone who conspires to find someone guilty of murder and then be executed has committed the offence themsleves. If you read the (Brtish, at least) Law literally, that is.

Two problems, one is that a person who has done no wrong has then been murdered by the state, and as has been shown time and again, the police and prosecuters just throw up their hands, say "oops, my bad" and carry on with their lives.
