That's a good shot. Looks like you did it right. Your flash exposure is close to ambient because the background is lit. For this type of job I'd shoot with flash as well, unless the lighting was really quite good.
Thanks, Paul & everyone else who commented. Very much appreciated. Yep, good point about light. I have one of the square diffusers that fits snug on the 360 flash and bounced light all night. I'm only getting slightly better at judging bounce angle distance etc. Cheers, Christine
