It's not nearly as bad to look through as it would seem, it took a
fair amount of my photography-fu to actually get a picture that shows
it.
Anybody have any idea how much it would cost to get it repaired?

It doesn't seem to have any visible effect on the camera, it's
actually pretty hard to see, you need light coming in through the
lens and need to look at the viewfinder such that what you're
looking at is dark, from far enough away to focus on them.
That's some seriously screwed-up viewfinder there, Larry.
