That's the standard-story healthy diet, but not necessarily the best immunology 
regimen. For example, arginine is key to supporting the immune system, and only 
specific foods are high in that. Like someone else said, consult a professional 
medical dietician, not just a dietician. Your doctor should be able to provide 
a reference.
