...and they've heard of the mess Hoya-Pentax have made of their European customer service when they completely outsourced it, last spring. In the days of Pentax' own service facility in Hamburg you had your P67 back within days, including shipping. Now, the minimum is two weeks and if they have to order spares from Paris it's at least another two. No pro can afford to buy a camera that isn't backed by pro-level service. Ralf -- Ralf R.
