I'm pissed that the poundage you've shed in the southern hemisphere
has migrated to the northern hemisphere. In the past 20 months I've
gained 75 pounds, and am thoroughly disgusted with myself. I've
started back down by 20 pounds, but as you know it will be a long haul
to get rid of that 55 and another 50 after that.
Your success does inspire me, Dave. I'm off to walk the dogs around
the block, twice!
