I know the guy who does their web hosting for them (he also hosts
my personal web site), and I've had a tour of their premises the
last time I was back East, and I was very impressed by the colour
accuracy they got on odd media such as glass, tile, and T-shirts.

I can almost certainly get PDML members a discount on their pricing.
