the Lumix LX-3 has a 24-60 range, and i've really enjoyed using one of those i got for my partner, so extending that range, adding a swivel screen and possibly higher ISO performance is very attractive to me
the flippy screen is perfect for waist level and overhead shooting; my first digital was a Canon G4 and that screen was the only thing i missed going to DSLR
