Autopano is based on the Hugin engine as well, iirc.

For the record, Adobe's stitcher in CS4 seems to do a decent job most
of the time too. But it's a bit steep pricewise for this particular
purpose!

John's suggestion sounds very reasonable too. But I noticed there are
some odd gradients and one or two misalignments from the lower parts
of the clouds and down also. They'll require some very careful cloning
to preserve detail.
