Nice shot. Poor Arrow - our national pride is still stung by that one.
The reality is, if Dief hadn't dismantled the Arrow program voluntarily, we would have had a regime change up here and the Arrow would have been taken by force. The Arrow scared the living hell out of Eisenhower and his Cold War paranoids in the Pentagon.
