This year, starting a couple months ago, my hours were cut back again, only this time to THREE days a week. I was fortunate to find some temp work this month for the two days I have off each week, but what I really want and need is a totally new job. Problem is, no one is hiring around here (SF East Bay), I'm stuck with a mortgage in a condo that I can't sell or rent, and I don't own a car anymore (couldn't afford repairs last year, had to donate it), so I am pretty much completely stuck.
So anyway, no, I cannot buy a new K-7, no matter how often I dream of one. What I spent on the K10D repairs was waaaaaay more than I could really afford, as it is. I'm sure my credit card company loves me now, what with all the debt I've racked up in the last year.
