I was just kidding, perpendicular is subset of unparallel so not all unparallel parked cars are perpendicular so this was a little nit to pick as its pretty close to perpendicular looking.

It is "unparallel" in that the car fails to conform to the parallel parking pattern of the other cars and "unparallel" in the sense that it took unparalleled skill to squeeze into that space.
