You're welcome =) I'm in Hamburg, Germany. Before, I lived in Cologne where it was about as bad in some places. In the quarter where I live, real estate prices have almost doubled over the last 6 years and people are building houses like mad to cash in on that boom. At the same time, public health and safety regulations are causing a loss of public parking space. Hence, small cars are on the rise and anything short enough to stand less than 50 cm into the road is legal to park that way which adds some attraction.
