Poutine is nothing more than cheese curds and gravy on top of french
fries. Generally the non-accurate version is better (as it uses cheese
rather than cheese curds).
The gravy is standard gravy, you can find a dozen recipes in any good cookbook.
You mean Poutine ISN'T the Prime Minister of Canada?
