I think you did a very good job and I like your lighting a lot. Just some thoughts, not necessarily negative (disclaimer: I doubt I could have done it that well myself so cum grano salis, por favor): The brunette lady appears much farther back than the blonde relative to the CEO - was this the case or is it focal length related? Also, I'd crop a bit at the bottom to remove the jacket crease at her elbow right at the corner where the eye exits the image. I am divided about whether it is better or worse for the fact that the three persons don't follow a strict geometry. Actually I think of it more as a plus since it makes the image look more natural. All in all I agree with Jack in that I'd be proud of this shot if it was my own work.
