The two women seem to be looking directly at the camera, the man over your left shoulder, not sure what it signifies but it puts my teeth on edge..

I rarely post photos from jobs, but I kind of like the way this one worked out. 
It's for the website of an engineering consulting firm. I wanted a shot with 
the CEO in the foregorund and his assistants behind him. I couldn't use the 
ceiling as a reflector, because it was black, but I wanted the orange wall in 
this lobby location. I used one light firing into an umbrella about three feet 
to right of camera and about 8 feet high. A second light is tucked into a 
hallway just to the right of the third person in frame. It's firing into an 
umbrella and getting lots of bounce from the hall's white walls and ceiling. A 
third light set at very low power is behind the trio and firing against the 
wall.

K7, DA* 16-50. f11 @ 1/125th, ISO 200, 50mm focal length
