Hi, Malcolm, I'm not sure if you're refering to PDML sellers letting the list know that they have items for sale on eBay, if you're referring to list members informing the list when they see bargains listed on eBay, or both.
Only problem I see with what you say, is that if it's an item that I'm interested in, I'm not sure that I want any more people than would have already viewed an auction in on the "bargain". Call me cheap (which I am!), but the more people that view an auction, the higher the price is likely to be. If it's an item that I want, I want it at the lowest possible price - sorry... OTOH, if there's an item that I'm not interested in/can't afford, like a nice affordable LX or 67 or something, that's fine, I may let the list know. Of course, problem with that, is that those listers that regularly search eBay may have their potential purchasing price driven up in so doing. Maybe I'm missing your point, I don't know. regards, frank Malcolm Smith wrote: > Hi Everyone, > > As someone who has benefited from what is on eBay, from PDML members, I was > disappointed to see that it is not the done thing to inform others of a > bargain on said eBay.
