Last straw suggestion: Find out which companies have their hotlines in India and call one of those - I was really lucky with a Symantec hotline guy from Mumbai who helped me plan ahead for a train trip of India including must and must not go places/regions, how to work around the local system etc. My experience was overwhelmingly positive. I don't know how things are run outside IT but when I call my suppliers it is usually India except HP who have moved (at least European) hotlines to several former Warsaw Pact countries HTH Ecke
