I've had this problem with every PDF file that I've tried to print over the past several months. I've usually gotten around it by printing from CS3, but for some reason when I open the document in CS3, it only give me the first page, I don't know what happened to the other three pages.



That one I know a little about.

When you open a multi-page PDF file in Photoshop it should give you a dialog box with thumbnails of all the pages. You choose the page you want to work on.

For a three page document you'd have to open the document three times choosing the pages sequentially - open, choose 1, print, close; open, choose 2, ...
