You definitely don't want to go there if you're running a business and have to hire people trained on PhotoShop and InDesign. Both of which work just fine at every ad agency I've been associated with. All are Mac-based on the production side and fully staffed with diligent IT people, but problems are rare.
I sometimes wonder if all the problems people have with Microsoft products is caused by IT people (or, more to the point, people who think they are IT people) screwing around with what they should just leave alone.
