Dan, We have a 19 store chain here in Chicago named Portillo's. It started in the same kind of a shack. Now some of his stores do $4,000,000 per year. Not to bad for a Hot Dog place!
I always think of dining cars when I see these places, maybe because we have a converted railroad car restaurant at the entrance to downtown Chicago. Regards, Bob S.
