It's not rocket science, but it is *work*, which requires someone to do the work (and get paid for it). Because of the success of last year's book, I was in email contact with two Burb employees. I've tried to contact them about this year's book and both addresses bounce. I get the impression there have been big layoffs at Blurb. Going through their web forum looking for answers to the "premium paper" option, I noticed that the last time one of their staff members responded to a forum question was October 2008. As a measure of how much their business has declined, consider that the time between ordering a book and the printing of that book was about two weeks last year.
