I've been dealing with Microsoft since I actually the direct phone
number to a Windows development engineer, (the company I worked for at
the time was an early adopter of, Win. 2.11). Part of it may be rapid
growth, but part is they were always kind of a**holes.

Apple is not without it's faults, and I expect that as they grow from a
niche market player to one who is expected to be all things for all people,
we will start to see even more glitches.
