I can get into AKO [Army Knowledge Online] with Safari, no problem. PW or CAC login, no problem. At home or on the Army net. Get all of my email via Mail linked to AKO also. I cannot however get into the defense travel system or the civilian personnel site. Those were developed by different contractors.
