The 'Primer' on lenses I always recommend to people is the little appendix
section at the end of Canon's book _Lens Work_...if you can abide buying
something that says 'Canon' on it. <g> Large structures are, say, 5 lp/mm,
perhaps generically the top set of lines on the MTF chart.
