That would have to be the FA28-200 3.8/5.6. Light-duty construction, variable aperture, variable focus, even the focal length varies with the focusing distance. As for the M28/2.8, I've got a 13.5x20 landscape on the wall that I shot in 1981 with that lens, and you can see every pebble, out to the corners. I don't know what the complaint is.
