Good joke :) Yes, it still looks like garbage. I think the excite interface does something to line breaks? Perhaps you shouldn't use enter (carriage return character) at all, as the excite inserts at every CR this <br />. It looks like corrupted HTML tag of <br> (which means linebreak). Stupid excite, can't do html properly :)
