I charge 400 Dkr/hour - eq. to 66 USD/hour, when working (semi)professionally. For both photographing and editing. In fact I almost double my noramal hourly salery, because I use my own equipmenet (camera eq., computer etc.) as well as my private car. The photographers I know tell me it's not enough. To actually run a business, I'd have to charge (under Danish conditions) at least 100 USD/hour. I guess it's also a question of guessing how much they want to spend, and then work accordingly.
