seems to me it's  a very good idea .

Over here, a very serious-minded chemist left his baby daughter to die in his car because he had had to interrupt his daily routine ( had to stop and help at a car accident after leaving his first child at her school) he hurried to work and completely forgot about her . He never could explain how such a thing could have happened. I dont remember whether he was condamned or not .

Part of the problem with making a warning device optional is that everyone believes it could never happen to >them. That's also part of why it happens with relative frequency. Three deaths this week alone in the U.S. >Looks like we'll be setting a new record this year.
