ISO 2720:1974 and ISO 2721:1982 are the relevant standards although I suspect they don't mirror the ANSI standard so much as pick a similar calibration point. ANSI standards have essentially no bearing on the Photographic world, and they haven't since the early 1960's and the effective death of the US Camera industry outside of film production.
